1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pour Logic ("the Service"), operated by Pour Logic ("we," "us," or "our") at pourlogic.au, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pour Logic is a business management platform designed for candle makers and small manufacturers. The Service provides tools for:

• Ingredient and material tracking
• Recipe and product management with cost calculations
• Production planning and batch management
• Market and store event planning with sales tracking
• Supplier and inventory management
• Budgeting and financial analytics

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Certain features of the Service are available through paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan. Payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment provider.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our express permission

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pour Logic and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you upload to the Service, including recipes, ingredient lists, financial data, and business information.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Calendar and Stripe. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to the respective terms and policies of those providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pour Logic and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your data
• Any errors or omissions in the Service's content or functionality

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Financial calculations, pricing estimates, and cost projections provided by the Service are for planning purposes only and should not be relied upon as financial advice. You are responsible for verifying all calculations and making independent business decisions.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to any legal retention requirements.
